Melanie Mulcaster is a teacher librarian in the Peel District School Board, and a member of IFLA’s School Library Division. A life long learner and maker, she is passionate about inspiring and empowering modern learners to inquire, discover, connect, innovate and explore. Always messy and always unlearning and relearning how to collaborate with the communities she serves.

Mishelle Pitter-Adlam, BA (Hons), BEd, MLIS, has been an educator for close to thirty years. She currently serves as a teacher-librarian in a K-5 school. She thrives in creating access and opportunities to cultivate the brilliance in learners through inquiry and STEAM trajectories. Her passion to fuse student voice, 21st century skill sets and relevant curriculum continue to drive her learning and teaching. Mishelle has written curriculum for Peel District School Board and ETFO. She has delivered multiple educational subject-matters by way of presentations for Parent Advisory Councils, ETFO, OLA, OTF. Also, Mishelle serves as a curriculum reviewer for TVO. Above all her achievements her desire is to create a culture of curiosity + an atmosphere of worth
= connected LLC. For her “it is not hard work, it is heart work!”
